DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FOR ORDERS WITHIN TURKEY
- Our transportation and installation service within Türkiye is chargeable.
- We work with different shipping and courier companies depending on the product size and delivery address.
- When the product is ready for shipment, our team will contact the customer in advance to notify them of the delivery time.
- Shipment times vary for each product and delivery region. For detailed information about shipment times, you can seek assistance from our customer representative.
- Orders are sent to the production department after the 48-hour period, during which the customer has the right to cancel the order, expires upon receiving bank approval. The production and packaging time, which may vary depending on the size and type of the ordered product or products, is followed by delivery to the agreed-upon cargo/shipping company. Depending on the distance of the delivery address within the borders of Turkey, the cargo/shipping company will deliver your order within 1-4 days.
- Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on the manufacturing time. Information about the delivery details and times of such products will be provided by our customer services.
- In case of any issues on our part, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
- Deliveries are not made on holidays and during Eid.
- All the products you choose will be delivered to you with the KOLTUK EVİM İNEGÖL guarantee by the contracted cargo/shipping companies.
- You will be notified by a confirmation email of the products you have purchased. In case any of the selected products are out of stock, an email regarding the issue will be sent to you, and the date when the product will first enter the stocks will be notified.
- Koltukeviminegol.com is an online shopping site that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In the rare event of a consumer purchasing the same product multiple times and the product being out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days from the expiration of the 48-hour cancellation right. If the ordered product cannot be supplied to the consumer within this period, the payment made will be refunded.
- When the products to be shipped are ready, our customer services will contact you three days in advance and deliver your order to you on the agreed date and time.
- The delivery date may vary due to road conditions, weather, etc. In such cases, our customer services will contact you again and set a new date. Delivery includes transportation to your home and free installation in addresses within Turkey.
- The customer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc., will not be accepted from the cargo/shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and sound. After delivery, the customer is obliged to protect the goods/services with care. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services should not be used. The Invoice must also be returned together with the product.
- For custom personalized products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised 48 hours after ordering.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY/INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES;
- Our shipping service to countries outside of Turkey is chargeable. After your order is prepared, before being delivered to the logistics companies we have an agreement with, our customer service will contact our customers to collect the shipping or freight charge via EFT/TRANSFER.
- There is no free installation service available for orders in countries outside of Turkey.
- If installation service is requested, installation is provided by the service companies we have an agreement with in the region and country where our customers reside. Before installation, the service fee, which may vary depending on the country and region, is collected from our customers.
- For orders outside of Turkey, if installation service is not requested, customers can perform or arrange installation themselves.
- Freight and freight charges for deliveries to countries outside of Turkey are separately priced and requested from our customers before the delivery when the order is prepared.
- Delivery date for orders to countries outside of Turkey may vary depending on the ordered country and region. For more precise information about delivery times and details, you can contact our customer services.
- In case of any issues on our part, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
